The city of Indian Hill has annexed all city owned property surrounding Camp Dennison. This includes Grand Valley, The Waterworks, The shooting range, the soccer, fields, the open fields along Cunningham, Camp, and Kugler Mill roads. However, excluded in this is the Camp Dennison Park, across from the Waldschmidit House. This property is owned by the county and leased by Indian Hill. The county has voted and approved this annexation on November 5. Below is the record of the counties actions.

In doing this Indian Hill will assume the responsibility for maintaining SR-126 from the Milford city limits to Kugler Mill. Below are links that show the full length of this proposal. Total acreage is 653.705.

Council member Hidy reported that staff presented three Ordinances related to the annexation of property owned by the Village of Indian Hill within Symmes and Columbia Townships. All property is tax-exempt; therefore, there will be no tax loss to either township or a tax gain for the Village. These properties include Grand Valley Nature Preserve, the Shooting Club, the Public Works/Water Works facility and various green areas. With this annexation, the Village will be responsible for maintaining the portion of State Route 126 from just north of Shawnee Run Road to Kugler Mill Road. The Village will receive additional state highway gas receipts to assist with this maintenance.
